A. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are designed for businesses looking to resell our products or stock them for retail purposes. To become a Isla Adie wholesale customer, please review the following terms:

• Minimum Order Requirement: The minimum initial order for wholesale accounts is $1000 (before taxes and shipping).​

• Pricing: Wholesale pricing is based on the quantity of items ordered and will be provided after reviewing your order. We offer tiered discounts for larger orders. Please contact us to inquire about wholesale pricing for specific products.​​

• Lead Time: Wholesale orders require additional production, typically 7-14 days. 

• Shipping: Shipping charges for wholesale orders will be calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of the order. Wholesale customers are also responsible for shipping costs, which may vary based on destination.​

• Payment Terms: For first-time wholesale customers, we require full payment upfront upon order placement. For repeat wholesale customers, payment terms may be negotiable based on order history.

B. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are ideal for customers who need large quantities of products for events, gifts, corporate giveaways, or special occasions. Whether you're looking for bulk candles, soaps, or other wellness items, Isla Adie is happy to accommodate large orders.

• Minimum Order Quantity: Bulk orders typically require a minimum of 25 per item, depending on the product. Custom bulk orders require a minimum of 100 per item. 

• Pricing: Bulk orders pricing is based on the quantity of items ordered and will be provided after reviewing your order.  

• Discounts for Bulk Purchases: We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders. The discount amount is determined by the size of the order. Please contact us to receive a custom quote for your bulk order.​

• Product Availability: Our handcrafted products are made in small batches. We recommend placing orders well in advance, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

• Lead Time: Bulk orders require additional production time, typically 2-3 weeks. Larger or custom orders may need even more time, depending on complexity. Please plan accordingly to ensure your order arrives on time.​

• Shipping for Bulk Orders: Bulk orders are typically shipped via standard shipping methods. Shipping fees for bulk orders will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. You may also arrange for local pickup if applicable.

• Payment Terms for Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, we require a deposit of 50% at the time of order placement. The balance is due upon shipment or delivery.​

C. Customization for Wholesale and Bulk Orders

• Product Customization: We offer customization options for both wholesale and bulk orders. Customizations may include personalized scents, colors, packaging, and labels. Additional fees may apply for custom designs and personalization.​

• Labeling and Packaging: For businesses and events, we can provide custom labeling and packaging to ensure your products align with your brand or event theme. This may include custom scent names, logo labels, or packaging colors. Please contact us for more information on custom packaging options.

• Lead Time: Custom orders for bulk purchases may require additional time and a deposit to begin production. For custom requests, please reach out at least 4 weeks prior to the desired delivery date.​

D. Ordering Process

• Placing an Order: To place a Isla Adie bulk order, please fill out Isla Adie Bulk Order Form. To place a Isla Adie wholesale order, please send us an inquiry. Once your wholesale and/or bulk order is received, we will provide a formal quote, including the total price, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time. If you approve the quote, we will proceed with production and shipment.​

• Adjustments to Orders: If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., adjust quantities or add new products), please notify us as soon as possible or within 24-48 hours of order placement. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

E. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations for Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the nature of handcrafted products, Isla Adie do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale or bulk orders unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a resolution.

• Order Cancellations: Cancellations for Isla Adie wholesale and bulk orders must be made within 48 hours of order placement. After this time, a cancellation fee may apply, especially for custom orders or items already in production.
